A strange Andean pepper, very similar to the Bishop’s Hat/Bishop’s Crown pepper. Bears red pods with three wings at their base. This strain is a separate line than Bishop’s Hat, through the names are often used interchangeably for a number of very similar peppers. Unique spicy flavor, with overtones of a sweet pepper too.
