Variety original from the region of Cuzco. Locals eat the pods green, and use it like Mexicans use Jalapeños. Great when eaten fried with a bit of oil and a pinch of salt! Also excellent for pickling! When ripe, it is easy to dry en to process into an aromatic sweet pepper-powder.
